Luys Consignments is a consignor of books, DVDs, video games, and other multimedia products for sale at retailers.
Consignment sellers are often required to pay a fee to Luys, and a buyer must also be willing to pay for the items.
Luities consignors usually sell to retail stores or online sellers that accept payment via debit card, PayPal, credit card, or check.
If the consignee is unable to make a payment on time, the consignment is returned to the consigned buyer and a claim for damages is made.

Luís consignment policies are designed to protect its customers and sellers by not charging additional fees to the buyer for items that are not sold to them.
Luís Consignees are authorized to charge a one-time fee for each item sold.
The fee is payable directly to the purchaser at the time of consignment.
The purchaser may request that Luís refund the purchase price of the item for any reason at any time.
The buyer may also request that the buyer pay for any item that is not returned to Luís within 30 days of consignees original consignment date.
The return and refund of a consigned item is governed by the seller’s policies.

To receive a refund of any purchase price or any other compensation, the purchaser must provide the following information: a completed form of payment (check, money order, cash, credit cards, or debit cards), proof of purchase, and payment card.
